1. Install, trial, and access
ShelfOps opens inside Shopify Admin after the store has been granted installation access. The plan includes a 45-day trial, then costs $29 USD monthly or $290 USD yearly. Shopify App Pricing is the source of truth for the subscription shown to the store.
Before you begin
- Sign in as a Shopify user allowed to install apps and approve charges.
- Confirm that the store you are viewing is the store you want ShelfOps to use.
- Allow the read access requested during installation. Inventory write access is optional and can be requested later from Settings.
Install ShelfOps when access is available
- Open ShelfOps on the Shopify App Store or the installation link supplied by ShelfOps support.
- Select Install and choose the correct Shopify store.
- Review the requested access and approve the installation.
- Select the monthly or annual plan when Shopify presents App Pricing.
- Open ShelfOps from Shopify Admin > Apps > ShelfOps.
Expected result: the Overview page names your .myshopify.com domain and starts the first-run checklist.
Access after installation
Open ShelfOps from the Shopify Admin Apps menu. Keep the app inside Shopify Admin so the authenticated shop context is preserved. If a bookmark opens a standalone error page, return to Shopify Admin and reopen ShelfOps there.
Cancel or uninstall
Subscription cancellation and uninstall change access; they do not deliberately delete operational records such as suppliers, POs, receipts, bills, counts, labels, or audit events. Contact support before reinstalling if you need help recovering access to an existing workspace.
