ShelfOps is provided as a public-beta inventory operations tool for Shopify merchants. The app helps merchants review synced data, import supplier files, create draft purchase orders, track supplier bills, run receiving, run stocktakes and cycle counts, and export operational records.
Merchant Responsibility
Merchants are responsible for reviewing generated suggestions, purchase orders, imports, labels, and exports before acting on them.
Inventory Writeback
Receiving and Stocktakes are preview-only by default. A Shopify inventory update requires deployment availability, optional write_inventory, a separate store preference, one-time acknowledgement, and exact confirmation for the immutable receipt or count. Shopify concurrency and idempotency protections remain mandatory. Merchants can revoke the optional permission from ShelfOps Settings.
Trial, Billing, and Cancellation
The public ShelfOps plan includes 45 free trial days, then costs $29 USD every 30 days or $290 USD yearly. Shopify presents and approves the plan, adds charges to the merchant's Shopify invoice, and manages renewal. Merchants can cancel through Shopify. Access continues through any applicable trial or paid billing period; cancellation or uninstall does not automatically delete ShelfOps workflow data. Contact support for data deletion or billing questions.
