ShelfOps is a Shopify embedded app for inventory validation workflows, supplier CSV mapping, reorder planning, purchase order drafts, supplier bills, stocktakes, cycle counts, receiving, labels, and audit exports.

Data We Process

When a merchant installs ShelfOps, the app may process Shopify store data needed for the installed workflow, including products, variants, inventory items, locations, supplier CSV uploads, purchase order drafts, supplier bill records, stocktake counts and previews, receipt events, labels, audit events, and verified Shopify subscription status. Shopify handles payment details; ShelfOps does not receive or store card information.

Use of Data

Data is used to provide ShelfOps workflows to the installing merchant. ShelfOps does not sell merchant data.

Storage and Retention

Production deployments store app data in the configured PostgreSQL database. Merchants can request deletion through the support contact below. Shopify uninstall and compliance webhooks are accepted by the app endpoint at /webhooks/*.
