ShelfOps Beta

ShelfOps is a Shopify embedded app for merchants replacing Stocky workflows with supplier CSV imports, reorder previews, draft purchase orders, receiving, supplier bills, stocktakes, cycle counts, labels, and audit exports.

Self-service beta status

  • Register interest: available now for merchants replacing Stocky or validating supplier CSV workflows.
  • Install from Shopify: available from the Shopify App Store after review; ShelfOps never asks for a store domain to begin installation.
  • Prepare data: registered merchants can use the Stocky worksheet and CSV templates before install access opens.
  • Run the beta workflow: sync Shopify data, import supplier data, preview reorders, draft a PO, run stocktakes or cycle counts, then export receiving, labels, and audit records.

Before installing from Shopify

  • You need Shopify admin permission to approve app installs.
  • Installation uses read-only Shopify scopes for products, inventory, and locations.
  • Stocktakes start preview-only. A merchant can later grant optional write_inventory, enable the separate store preference, and confirm an exact frozen count.
  • Receiving starts in dry-run. Live inventory writeback requires the optional Shopify permission, a separate store opt-in, one-time acknowledgement, and exact confirmation for every receipt.
  • The public beta includes a 45-day free trial, then costs $29 USD per month or $290 USD per year through Shopify Billing.
